Demolition is more than tearing something down. It is the careful preparation of your property for what comes next. Whether it's an aging structure in Midtown Sacramento, a pool in Granite Bay or a lot in Elk Grove, we deliver the job safely, on time and in line with local environmental rules.

Residential demolition questions

Who handles the utility disconnections?

The homeowner contacts the utility providers (PG&E, SMUD, Environmental Utilities) to disconnect gas, water and electric. This must be done before our start date.

Do you test for asbestos or lead?

No. We don't test or abate ourselves, but we work with trusted partners and can coordinate testing and clearance before demolition starts.

Do you pull the permit?

We pull permits for pool removal only. We'll talk through what your job needs when we walk the site.

How clean is the site when you leave?

All demolition debris, nails and rocks are removed and the work area is left safe and tidy. Finish grading for sod, concrete or a new build is done by your next contractor.
